Built on a simple conviction

Most organisations manage safety, security and crisis preparedness as separate concerns. Different suppliers, different contracts, different logic. That works day to day. But when stakes are highest, it is not enough.

Prevent Group was built on a different idea: that protecting people, operations and society requires genuine specialists, and that specialists are strongest when they work together.

Today we are a Nordic group of three specialist brands, each a leader in its own domain. We grow deliberately, acquire selectively, and never trade depth of expertise for breadth of coverage.

Our Story

Prevent was founded in 1989 on a simple belief: that safety done right makes a real difference. Over three decades later, that belief still drives everything we do.

In 2002, Nordic Crisis Management was established and grew to become one of the leading specialists in security and crisis management across the Nordics. In 2024 they joined Prevent Group, and the platform began to take shape. A year later, Heartbeat Medical Services came on board, completing the chain from prevention and training through emergency response to post-incident recovery.

Our ambition for 2029 is to be the Nordic benchmark in total resilience.
